Live longer with good food nutrition and exercise.

People who are very particulars in good food nutrition can live longer. I have seen many of my friends who will eat anythings that is place on his table even his stomach cannot go in any more but will still see him eating and drinking, coke his favorite drinks. By the time he reach late forty he was diagnose with diabetes but he still enjoy the same style of eating and drinking. By the time he reach forty seven one of his leg has to be amputated due to the advance of his diabetes and late forty we say good bye to him.

The other friends who are very particulars in food eat only good food nutrition such as more vegetables, fruits and fish that contains omega 3. Drinks a lots of water and no late night sleep. Every evening will have his usual jogging and some exercises. He only eat a small portion of food each time and will never supper even we invited him out. Now he is at the age of eighty still very strong and full of energy and enjoy his daily life.

Knowing the facts about food nutrition in food can helps us and contributed to good health and also helps to balance our body weight. Our body needs all nutrition to keep going and lets us not be fool that carbohydrates, protein and fats makes us fat it is cause by consuming more calories then our body can burn, makes us gain weight. Knowing the portion of food intake each day can help us maintain our weight. Eat smaller portions but more times each day can help to stable our blood sugar thus increasing our energy and burn the unnecessary fat.

Whenever we go to market or grocery shops forget food that is not good for daily consumption. Forget about junk food, buys food that is good for nutrition expecially food like has green thats is vegetable and fruits. Taking fish that has omega-3 as such fish is known to contain numerous health benefits such as reducing our blood pressure and the risk of getting heart attack.

The life span of todays people are getting older and stronger because of the good food nutrition they takes its day. Organic food are getting popular among most people and its gaining a lot of attention each day. Today you can notice large and small supermarkets displaying organic food on their shelf and even some outlet had a promoter to promoted the organic to the shoppers. Organic food are so special because it did not use chemical or fertilizer to make it grows. It a long process and its the soil, the earth worm and the dense nutrition to make the plants grows.

Food that is good in nutrition are high in vitamins and mineral and low in fat. Fruits and vegetable are rated the best in good food nutrition. To had the right food nutrition is to balance your food intake each day. A glass of fruits juice, a bowls of cereals or a piece of toast and a glass of milk in the morning. Very light lunch with more vegetable to your food and a good nice dinner with a small piece of meats with a lot of vegetable. Follow by fresh fruits for dessert.

Eating wholegrain foods such as wholemeal bread, wholemeals biscuit,fruits and vegetable that add fibre and valuable food nutrition to our daily diet. Take low fat milk or yoghurt everyday for good food nutrition. Balance our diet by enjoying lean protein food such as lean meats and chicken without skin.

The changing demograhics and lifestyles of malaysians have affected the way they eat and many working people are eating away from home as most women are working thus cooking at home is very seldom. With the present lifestyles most women or men do not know how to cook at home so they rather take their food away from home. Good exercises and good food nutrition is a goal to healthy live. As exercises increases bone density and helps prevent osteoporises in the future. We had to balance our exercise with the right nutrition. Our bodys needs calcium everyday such as milk and dairy products, fish, beans products and green leafy vegetable and also not to forget to include vitaminD and magnesium which promote calcium absorption and retention.

Irons are important to women, women had to get adequate amounts of iron everyday as its essential for the formation of red cells and healthy blood circulation. A lack of iron can result in anaemia, which is common among menstruating women. Food that is rich with iron are anchovy, fresh cockles meat and spinach.
