Balance your diet, follow healthy food pyramid.

The changing demograhics and lifestyles of malaysians have affected the way they eat and many working people are eating away from home as most women are working thus cooking at home is very seldom. With the present lifestyles most women or men do not know how to cook at home so they rather take their food away from home. With the present lifestyle and the near future, most family are enjoying less nutrition food at home as most of the time family are having their food outside where outside has less food nutrition then cooking at home.

I have been to a clinic, the doctor tells we needs balance food nutrition per days to keeps our body heathly and strong. We will ask to see the healthy diet food pyramid guidelines vary according to our age and level of physical activity. Learned the food pyramid and start to eat healthy food nutrition.

Learned to balance your food intake, like having vegetables, meat or fish with your meals. Always control the portion of the food each meals, It is better to be half full and eat more times than very full and eats few times. Put in your mind, have a few pieces of fresh fruits for your dessert
