Good food nutrition keep us in good health, taking plenty of fruits and vegetable and balance our daily diet a way to healthy life. Learned to control the portions of the food we takes its days. Never put out stomach in overtime works.

Eating wholegrain foods such as wholemeal bread, wholemeals biscuit,fruits and vegetable that add fibre and valuable food nutrition to our daily diet. Take low fat milk or yoghurt everyday for good food nutrition. Balance our diet by enjoying lean protein food such as lean meats and chicken without skin.

Remember that healthy diet is only part of a healthy lifestyle. Another healthy lifestyle is exercises. so have fun and enjoy healthy food and exercises.
