Food nutrition today

Nutrition is the most important aspect of life. Omega 3 fatty acids from oily fish or fish oil supplements can offer alot of good health benefits and its reduce inflammation by inhibiting production of pro-inflammatory eicosanoids. Meat from animals contains amino acids. Vegetarian diets also provide alot of protein support
and is easier to digest and will not cause toxin like uric acid in the kidneys.

Diets today are mostly have large amounts of low quality and harmful fats. The fats are found in foods such as flax seed, fresh nuts, avocados and certain types of fish. Many people are very health conscious about food nutrition today. They were have their food based upon nutritional recommendations.

Good food nutrition to good health

People are causion and particulars about diets and food nutrition they eat today. I had a friends who always fall sick in his early age because of his bad habit in his diet. Going for food most of the time and he enjoy mostly heated and fried item but now he is a vegetarian and very particulars in his food nutrition. Now he is 65 after nearly 40 years of vegetarian, going very strong and never fall sick after this years.

In the morning his diet a glass of orange juice, a cup of hot nutrition drinks, two pieces of bread and a small bowl of oat meals. Afternoon and evening his food will only be vegetable and a small plate of rice and a bowl of vegetarian soup. Fruits will be his dessert. Excercises in the morning and the evening is his style of getting heathly and sleeping early every night.
