Live longer with good food nutrition and exercise.
People who are very particulars in good food nutrition can live longer. I have seen many of my friends who will eat anythings that is place on his table even his stomach cannot go in any more but will still see him eating and drinking, coke his favorite drinks. By the time he reach late forty he was diagnose with diabetes but he still enjoy the same style of eating and drinking. By the time he reach forty seven one of his leg has to be amputated due to the advance of his diabetes and late forty we say good bye to him.
The other friends who are very particulars in food eat only good food nutrition such as more vegetables, fruits and fish that contains omega 3. Drinks a lots of water and no late night sleep. Every evening will have his usual jogging and some exercises. He only eat a small portion of food each time and will never supper even we invited him out. Now he is at the age of eighty still very strong and full of energy and enjoy his daily life.
